Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid BathVision subscriptions. All purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies once per customer and to your first subscription only.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. We do not automatically provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period, except where required by law or as stated in this Policy.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period because each payment covers a short, already-started service period. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Annual plans
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee period, we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund for full, unused months remaining in the term, less any discounts applied. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will review your request in good faith.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email admin@bathvision.us from the address associated with your account, or call 503-319-5182. Include your business name and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this Policy, or violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
