Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how BathVision (a Agentic PNW product) (we, us, our) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BathVision platform and when your End-Users interact with visualizers you embed on your websites. We are committed to handling data responsibly.
Information we collect
We collect: (a) Account information you provide during onboarding, such as your name, business name, email, phone, website, and branding; (b) Subscription and billing information processed by our payment provider; (c) End-User Content, such as photos and quote-request details submitted through the visualizers; and (d) Usage and device data, such as log data, approximate location, and analytics about how the Service is used.
End-User photos
Photos uploaded by End-Users are used solely to generate the requested AI preview and to deliver any associated quote request to the relevant business. End-User photos are not used to train AI models, are not sold, and are not shared except with the service providers necessary to generate the preview. Photos are retained only as long as needed for these purposes and are then deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to provision and brand your tools; to process payments and prevent fraud; to provide support; to communicate with you about your account and the Service; and to comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Billing is processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment details directly; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Paddle's handling of your data is subject to Paddle's own privacy notice.
Service providers and subprocessors
We share information only as needed with vetted providers that help us run the Service, which may include: payment processing (Paddle), cloud hosting and database (our hosting and database providers), authentication (our identity provider), AI image generation (our AI provider), file/image storage, and transactional email. These providers may process data only on our instructions and consistent with this Policy.
Cookies and analytics
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. End-User Content is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Where we process End-User data on behalf of a Customer, we act as a processor and will direct applicable requests to that Customer.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
